By accessing or using the Masarap Cafe website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items are unavailable or if fraudulent activity is detected.
Food orders are for pickup only. Please arrive at the specified pickup time. Orders not collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may be discarded without refund.
Artisanal sauce orders are shipped within the continental United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Food order cancellations must be made before preparation begins. Sauce order cancellations are accepted before shipment.
